Terms of Support: "Route to Work" Initiative
1. Nature of Support By contributing to the "Route to Work" initiative, you acknowledge that your contribution is a business-to-business sponsorship and pre-purchase of advertising and marketing services provided by Route to Work, LLC. This contribution is not a tax-deductible charitable donation. You are supporting the foundational development of the "Route to Work" platform in exchange for future advertising placement and platform-related benefits.
2. Platform Development & Service Delivery "Route to Work" is currently in its pre-launch development phase. By providing your support, you acknowledge that the advertising services and platform credits associated with the Colorado Route Pioneer tier will be fulfilled and go live upon the official launch of the platform. You will be provided with regular updates regarding project milestones and expected launch timelines.
3. Payment Terms & Fees
Preferred Payment: To ensure that the maximum amount of your support is allocated directly to platform development, we prefer payment via ACH/bank transfer for all contributions over $250.
Processing: By choosing to pay via credit card, you acknowledge that merchant processing fees will be deducted from the total support amount.
Finality: All contributions to "Route to Work" are considered final and non-refundable, as these funds are immediately allocated to infrastructure and development costs.
4. Colorado Route Pioneer Benefits
Logo Placement & Reservation: Pioneers are entitled to a dedicated, hyperlinked logo placement on our upcoming Colorado Route Pioneers page. This asset is a visual concept during the pre-launch phase and will scale to feature all early partners; it will become active and live for one full year starting on official launch day.
Future Platform Credits & Expiration: Every $100 contributed provides 2 Future Platform Credits (1 credit = 1 job posting) to be activated the moment the transit-matching engine goes live. To provide maximum flexibility for our early partners, these credits remain valid and available for use for up to two (2) years following the official launch date.
Caps & Redirection: This instant-checkout track is strictly capped at a maximum of 24 credits ($1,200) per organization. Contributions exceeding this limit, or inquiries from outside the designated regional service area, must be facilitated through our Official Launch Campaign Page via a custom agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route to Work, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the delay of platform development or service delivery.
