As a Denver-based business consultant and entrepreneur, I’ve seen firsthand how transit reliability directly impacts workforce accessibility. 'Route to Work' is my response to that gap. This initiative is built on data-driven research—including direct engagement with Denver transit users and local workforce centers—to move beyond ideas and into actionable solutions. My goal is to create a platform that doesn't just connect people to jobs, but ensures that transit access is never a barrier to sustainable employment.
